In this role, you will partner across engineering teams to tackle company-wide initiatives and mentor junior members. You will also partner with leadership, engineers, program managers and data scientists to understand data needs. Responsibilities include building scalable data solutions, developing efficient data pipelines, designing data models, and deploying data quality checks.
Under direct supervision, responsible for the analysis, development, and execution of data solutions of low to moderate complexity that assists with the information lifecycle needs of an organization. Assists with collecting, integrating, and analyzing organizational data with the purpose of drawing conclusions from that information.
You will be a lone wolf, responsible for both designing and, most critically, implementing the core components of our data governance framework from the ground up within our Databricks environment. Your primary mission is to rapidly transform our data landscape by inventorying, cataloging, and securing our data assets, directly enabling AI-powered self-serve analytics and ensuring the trustworthiness of our data.
This individual will work with cross-functional teams and manufacturers to develop and apply standards to the product data they supply. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role and a strong background in data normalization, data flows, data quality, and data risk management.

Manage MDM roll outs, partner with Data & Analytics teams, & ensure high data quality.
